Chemical Cleaning

CHEMICAL CLEANING OF HIGH PRESSURE BOILERS, CONDENSERS, PIPELINES, HEAT EXCHANGERS ETC.

We are the leaders in the field of Chemical Cleaning of High-Pressure Boilers, Pipeline, and Equipment in Power Plants, Petrochemicals, and Refineries in India. Our track record has been blemishless for over three decades. Our strength lies in our well-trained and experienced personnel who are passionate about their job and give utmost priority to quality, timely delivery, and the environment. We are well equipped with pump skids of various capacities, associated valves, pipings to undertake jobs on a turn-key basis.

Our Technical Services Wing can undertake analysis of all types of scales and suggest suitable solvents. If necessary, even a mock cleaning can be carried out at our well-equipped laboratory. For Green Field project sites, where heating facilities are not available, we have the capability of mobilizing Boilers of various capacities ranging from 1 Ton Per Hour to Boilers providing superheated steam at 330oC for a capacity of 20 Ton Per Hour at 17 Kg/cm2 pressure.

The object for acid carrying out cleaning of Hydraulic Pipelines is to remove mill scale, oil, paint, preservatives, rust, welding slag that would have entered during assembly of new tubes and also to remove the oxides of iron. After carrying out the process, the internal surface of the system is passivated by means of protective layer to prevent further rusting and corrosion.

PHASE – I – ALKALINE DEGREASING:

Alkaline De – Greasing is the process to remove Grease and oil film.

PHASE – II – ACID PICKLING:

The purpose of carrying out acid pickling is to remove Mill Scales, welding slag, iron oxide, sometimes-siliceous impurities, and other extraneous matters.

PHASE – III – PASSIVATION:

The pickled surface can be easily passivated. The aim is to form a coherent, adhesive, non-porous, thin layer of gamma-ferric oxide. The layer is formed under expansion and hence is passive and protective.

PHASE – IV – HIGH-VELOCITY HOT OIL FLUSHING:

We provide a unique oil flushing service, using an oil-flushing skid developed to increase operating efficiency and reduce timescales. This equipment, and our team of experienced technicians, provides an effective and highly economical service onshore, offshore, overseas, for the rapid and effective clean up of lube, seal, and hydraulic oil systems. Our equipment is compact, transportable, electrically driven, and configured to work in hazardous areas. After setting the system up for a high-velocity flush by removing all restrictions to flow, operational oil will be flushed through the system. This high volume of oil will remove scale and particulate from the piping and flush it back to the system where it will be filtered. Thermal shocks to the system will greatly enhance the cleaning process. Super Clean Oil is simply a by-product of this process.

Certification

We provide on-site certification of contamination levels to NAS 1638 and ISO 4406 using a line laser particle counter.

With the use of an On-Line Laser Particle Counter, particle counts may be accomplished on-site in a matter of minutes giving actual counts. All counts are based on particles per 100 ml, in various sizes (i.e.). 5-10 microns, 10-25 microns. A minimum of 100 ml of oil will be required for analysis.

THE SERVICE GUARANTEES THE FOLLOWING:

  • The entire oil system is cleaned and flushed
  • Oil system and oil become super clean.
  • Reduced wear of lubricated parts
  • No extra flushing oil required.
  • The oil system will retain the natural protective oxides layer on the inner walls of the pipeline system.
  • Significant reduction of filter cartridges consumption.
  • Reduced operation costs
